A Diploma course in Architectural Assistantship is offered since year 1987. A Being located in Chandigarh “Le Corbusier Creation”, the students of CCET have the added advantage of learning new concepts of Architecture. A student passing from this course will be well equipped with the fundamentals of Architectural Design. The curriculum is as prescribed by the Punjab State Board of Technical Education, Sector-36, Chandigarh (www.punjabteched.com).The course is of 3 years (6 semesters) full time duration with sanctioned intake of 30 student.
Minimum Admission Qualification
Pass in matric or equivalent exam with Maths, Science (Physics, Chemistry & Biology) & English
Entrance Test
Admission is related on the basis of joint entrance test (JET) as conducted by State Board of Technical Education & Industrial Training Punjab, Chandigarh

The Department is well equipped with studio halls, labs (namely survey lab, CAD lab etc.) & workshops having latest instruments and facilities.
