The Chandigarh College of Engineering & Technology (Diploma Wing) successfully conducted a comprehensive two-week Employability and Skill Training Programme titled “SKILL UP PROGRAM: Empowering the Next Generation.” The programme, held from 28th October 2025 to 11th November 2025, was organized under the prestigious Infosys CSR Programme in collaboration with Innovation Comes Jointly (ICJ).
The programme aimed to prepare final-year students of all branches for upcoming placement opportunities, industry expectations, and professional challenges. A total of 154 students enthusiastically participated and completed the training.
The training programme was aimed :

- • To prepare them for job interviews, communication tasks, and workplace interaction.
- • To build confidence through mock interviews and resume-building exercises.
- • To strengthen teamwork, leadership, and professional attitude.
